This section has been written to assist employer’s to conduct formal disciplinary meetings. It is necessary to follow a format during the meetings that follow misconduct or poor performance from an employee.
The purpose of the meetings is to determine exactly what has happened, how it happened, when it happened and why it happened. It is not to issue warnings or to take disciplinary actions.
