Dr James Pratt is responsible for implementing our strategic goals and objectives and manages our Senior Leadership Team.

James has 14 years experience of running multiple Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) including www.bakehousegallery.com and his own IT and Business Consultancy company www.jamespratt.com

It has always been James’ mission to help lead organisations through a successful transformation. His philosophy is to assist organisations through an integrated transformation of their strategies, processes and people, supported by leading-edge Information Communication Technology (ICT), with the rigour of projectised structures.

James has a very strong consulting and programme/project management background which helps achieve best business performance by aligning people, processes and technology with strategy. James uses his wide area of skills in business development, people management and assignment delivery to create integrated business solutions.

James uses ICT to gain organisational advantage by simplifying and streamlining communication and coordination, supporting new modes of teamwork and collaboration, eliminating unnecessary work, and reducing dependence on old organisational structures and on placing work in fixed locations.
