Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health (MOH) is responsible for ensuring the health and disability system works for New Zealanders. It is the Government's primary advisor on health policy and disability support services and is responsible for policy advice on improving health outcomes, reducing inequalities, and increasing participation and implementing, administering and enforcing relevant legislation and regulations.
The Ministry of Health aims to ensure that the health and disability system works for all New Zealanders.
All internal workplaces (with some limited exceptions) must be 100 percent smoke free. This includes licensed premises, factories, offices, warehouses, ‘smoko’ rooms and work canteens.
